Welcome to Borrow Buddy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Borrow Buddy website and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The waitlist & early access

By joining our waitlist, you understand that:

• Borrow Buddy is currently in pre-launch and the marketplace is not yet live. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or availability in your city.
• We may email you about launch news, early access, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Any incentives we mention (such as borrow credit at launch) are promotional and may change or be withdrawn at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized commercial messages.
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Borrow Buddy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may include links or references to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
